Appointment Booking Notice
To reserve your appointment at Mathis Salon & Spa, a valid credit card is required on file and a mandatory non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This booking fee is applied toward the cost of your service.
Please take a moment to review our Salon Policies prior to booking your appointment.
After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a Pre-Visit Form via email or text. These forms must be completed before your appointment to confirm your reservation. For your convenience, forms only need to be completed once per year.
