A consultation at Mathis Salon & Spa is more than just a conversation. For guests requiring color correction, we will also determine which kind of hair treatment will need to be prescribed to help restore your hair’s natural beauty.
Salon Policies
Delivering an exceptional service to all or our guests is our number one priority, and that is why we have booking policies in place to respect your time, as well as our other guests. We thank you for your co-operation.
CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS - Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows will be charged 100%. Frequent last-minute changes may require a deposit.
APPOINTMENT TIMING - Arrive on time to ensure the best experience. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule, and the full fee will apply. For long, thick hair or major transformations, let us know in advance so we can book the right time.
