Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mathis Salon & Spa and Pink Skinny, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping terms for all retail products and subscription kits.

 


 

🔹 Processing Times

  • Hair Product Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Pink Skinny Orders are processed after Medical approval (1-2 business days) 3-4 business days after purchase

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing may take longer.

 


 

🔹 Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and product type.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. once processed.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
    Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or factors outside our control.


     

🔹 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order total and delivery address.

  • Promotional free shipping offers may apply when advertised (e.g., free shipping on orders $250+).


     

🔹 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly with the carrier using the link provided.


     

🔹 Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 


 

🔹 Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email support@pinkskinny.com within 48 hours with photos.

  • If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with claims, but replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, UPS, or any third-party shipping carrier, Pink Skinny is no longer responsible for the package.


We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found:

* First, verify the address used at checkout

* Check with household members, neighbors, or front desk (if applicable)

* Then contact the carrier directly:

We are happy to assist with tracking numbers and delivery confirmations, but Pink Skinny does not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 


 

🔹 Important Notes for Pink Skinny Products

  • Due to the nature of vitamin injection kits and wellness products, all sales are final once shipped.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Pink Skinny products for health and safety reasons.
