Cancellation policy

Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Mathis Salon & Spa and Pink Skinny, all purchases, packages, and subscription plans are final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Retail Purchases (In-Salon & Online):

  • Products may only be exchanged for equal value if unused, unopened, and returned within 24 hours of purchase, pending management approval.

  • No cash or credit refunds will be issued.

Subscriptions (Pink Skinny):

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time after the minimum term (if applicable) through your customer account.

  • Canceling a subscription will stop future renewals but will not refund charges already processed.

  • No refunds are issued for partially used or unopened subscription orders.

Service Packages (Mathis Salon & Spa):

  • Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed or canceled appointments may forfeit the corresponding prepaid session.

One-Time Purchases (Online or In-Salon):

  • All sales are final. Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Missed Appointments (Salon): Service cancellations or no-shows may forfeit prepaid sessions included in your package.
