Returns & Refund Policy

At Mathis Salon & Spa, we want you to be confident in your purchase. While most items are final sale, certain retail products may be eligible for return under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Health, beauty, and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Pink Skinny vitamins and wellness products (including weight-loss kits and injectables)

⚠️ All vitamin, supplement, and weight-loss products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

3. Refunds

  • Eligible items will be refunded to your original payment method once inspected and approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

5. Gifts

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items valued over $500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
