We do things a little different around here! At Mathis Salon and Spa, we value our guests experience. You are NEVER a number to us. I don't know about you, but I don't just walk into a strangers home without knowing anything about them! We dont want you to feel that way either! Inside of your Welcome email, youll receive all kinds of information about us, who we are, what we do, our policies, our specialities and so much more! Our goal is to help you feel incredibly comfortable the moment you step foot in the salon!

Just as we want you to know about us, we want to know about you too! Getting to know you will help us better serve you and spoil you at your visit! Plus, if there are any medical forms to complete, they are out of the way so we can spend more time helping you become the best version of yourself inside and out!
Pre-Visit Forms
Mathis Salon & Spa is completely dedicated to making your visit with us exceptional! We do have several different previsit forms depending on which service you are scheduled for. These forms are crucial for you to complete before your appointment so that our service providers are prepared for your appointment.

It's the Little Things ...
Your Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early! This gives you time to tour salon if it's your first visit and the time to go over all pre-visit forms. Plus, get the beverage of your choice!
Upon Your Arrival
Everyone is greeted with a warm hello and welcome! We do our best to call you by name - "Hello Ms. X, let's get you checked in!
Choice of Beverage
We always have bottled water, coffee, sodas, hot tea, mimosas and wine!
Tour of Salon and Spa
If this is your 1st time with us, we love showing you our salon and spa! We want you to feel comfortable and know where everything is! Our salon home is your salon home!
Meet your Stylist and/or Injector
We believe that you are not a possession. We encourage stylist/injector swapping - you do not have to be with the same person each time. You'll get to meet all of us!

Customized Services
Let's face it! No two ladies are alike, and your service shouldn't be either! You are unique and your service will be too! Each service is customized to your wants, needs, desired outcomes and personal style! This is why we don't/can't give an exact quote over the phone, we can only give starting price points.
Service Quote
After each consultation, a service quote is given for current visit and the next. We are completely transparent with all service pricing. No one should be blind-sided at check out! Quotes are explained in great detail to ensure we (you and us) are on the same page with the same goals are aligned.
Continuing Education on "At Home Care"
No matter which department you are in, it is our job and our responsibility to ensure you receive full knowledge of how to properly take care after your visit! No more.. I didn't know that or I had no idea moments!
Your Time
Your time is valuable just like ours. We value your time with us and thrive to make sure we respect it! Most color services with processing time and added touches are 3-4 hours long.
Spoiling and Pampering You
From customized services, to scalp massaging, warm blankets, beverage of your choice and so much more! We can't wait to welcome you and help you with all your beauty needs!
Chatting with your stylist / injector
We are firm believers that before any service is started a thorough consultation (conversation) is done so that we finally understand your goals, wishes and desires to ensure we can make them all come true!

Each department has what we call "Special Touches" these can be anything from a 10-minute scalp massage with hot towel to relax after a long day, to a glass of wine or warm, cozy blanket. While you are in these 4 walls, we want you to relax and enjoy your visit, but most of all, walk out feeling like a million bucks!
