New clients, or guests that have not visited Mathis Salon & Spa in 6 months or more, please choose a New Client Package.

Do I have to book a New Guest Package for my first appointment?
Yes! All first-time guests are required to schedule a New Guest Package for their initial visit. This ensures we have the proper time, attention, and care to get to know your hair goals and deliver the best possible results.
Can I just book a haircut or single service for my first visit?
At this time, a la carte services (like haircuts or toners alone) are only available to returning guests. New guests must start with one of our comprehensive New Guest Packages.
What’s included in a New Guest Package?
Each package is carefully curated to include a detailed consultation, service time tailored to your needs, any necessary treatments or toners, and our signature blowout—so you leave feeling confident and cared for from start to finish!
How do I know which New Guest Package to choose?

What happens after my first visit?
We get to know you and your hair!
Once you’ve completed your first appointment with a New Guest Package, you’re officially part of the Mathis family! You’ll then be able to schedule a la carte services like haircuts, glosses, or maintenance touch-ups.
I’m just looking for a haircut—do I still need a package?
Yes, even if you’re only wanting a haircut, first-time guests are still required to book a New Guest Color Package. This allows us to provide a full consultation, assess your hair’s needs, and ensure you have the best first experience possible.
Are New Guest Packages more expensive than regular services?
No, New Guests receive a discounted package price, as our way of saying 'Thank You' for trusting us with your hair! They’re priced based on the time and attention we give during your first visit. We go the extra mile with consultations, custom treatments, and detailed service planning to set your hair up for long-term success.
What if I’m booking for my child or teen—do they still need a package?
Yes, all new guests—regardless of age—must begin with a New Guest Package. However, we do offer age-appropriate options for teens, and our team can guide you to the best fit!
We do not offer services to children younger then 9 years old.
Can I schedule online or do I need to call?
You can absolutely schedule online! Our New Guest Packages are clearly listed on our booking site for easy selection. If you have questions or need help, our friendly front desk team is always just a call or message away.
What if I’ve seen a stylist at another salon but it’s my first time at Mathis?
You are considered a new guest at Mathis Salon & Spa, even if you’ve seen your stylist elsewhere. Your first visit still requires booking a New Guest Package so we can start fresh and give you the full luxury experience you deserve!
